Available Heat Treatment

Annealing/Normalizing/Hardening/Tempering/Quenching

Hot work temperature: 1050 °C – 850°C

Annealing temperature: 650 °C – 700 °C

Normalizing temperature: 850 °C – 880 °C

Hardness after annealing ≤HBS: 248

Quenching temperature: 830 °C -860 °C

Cooling medium: oil

Tempering temperature:  540 °C – 680 °C
